2024 Vendor Familiarization Trip

The Wyoming Office of Tourism hosted a Vendor Familiarization Trip in May, taking participants on an unforgettable journey through the stunning northwest corner of the state. Our dynamic group included experts from public relations, travel guides, paid advertising and organic social media. The adventure kicked off in Cody, and the group went on to explore the charming towns of Powell, Lovell, Greybull, Shell, Worland and Ten Sleep, culminating with the awe-inspiring Yellowstone National Park.

Each day was packed with exciting site visits, vibrant networking opportunities and engaging informational sessions. Vendors experienced the unique charm and attractions of each location firsthand, diving deep into the local culture and services. From historic venues to breathtaking natural landscapes, the itinerary was designed to provide an immersive and comprehensive understanding of what makes Wyoming truly special.
