Accent West is an intimate conference experience for well-vetted tour operators. Accent West combines educational seminars with guest speakers, networking functions, itinerary building workshops, and a trade show. The 2026 Accent West will be held in Medora, ND, May 13-15, 2026, with an exclusive preview of the new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. The Wyoming Office of Tourism was approached with the opportunity to co-op a sponsored lunch with up to 4 of our partners. This would include a combined 15-minute presentation, trade show, inclusion of promotional items in registration bags and a complimentary registration for each of the sponsors as well (although you would not have to attend to sponsor). The co-op would be $1000/ea.
Why consider this? First, this show is already sold out for buyers, with a waitlist, which shows the continued interest in this region and will give us the opportunity to help connect the new Presidential Library to a Wyoming itinerary. Second, Accent West has expressed a strong interest and begun conversations to host the show in Wyoming in 2028, allowing us to really showcase some great destinations for group travel.
