Over 3,000, 10-minute appointments were held throughout the IRU, and international tour operators and inbound/receptive tour operators were treated to both pre- and post-fam tours throughout the region, including a post fam through Wyoming. The fam, which included seven participants from the U.S., Italy and France, made stops at Devils Tower, Buffalo, Sheridan, Cody and many other locations throughout the northern part of the state. Participants experienced hiking adventures, explored historical sites, enjoyed a horse-drawn wagon ride, took part in dine-arounds at local restaurants and breweries, rode UTVs and visited a variety of museums. The fam will help the participants in future product planning throughout the state.

The 2026 IRU will be held April 28–May 1 in Medora, North Dakota. Registration will open in the fall.
